What are some unique berry flavors I can use in my recipes?

You can’t go wrong with classics like strawberry puree, raspberry puree, and blueberry puree, but we highly recommend experimenting with more exotic berry flavors, too! 

Our acai puree and Andean blackberry puree add depth, complexity, boldness, and richness to traditional berry flavors, especially when combined. Cape gooseberry puree is another fun option, providing a distinctly sweet and tart flavor that really stands out from the usual berry flavor profiles.

Do I need to sweeten the fruit puree?

Because our fruit purees are made with real, sun-ripened fruits picked at peak ripeness, they already have a natural sweetness to them, just like raw fruit! We don’t add any sweeteners because our customers love that our purees are 100% natural. However, if you want sweeter purees, you can simply mix them with simple syrup.

What beer styles work well with berry flavors?

Berries work beautifully in fruit sours, fruit ales, cream ales, blonde ales, IPAs, and Belgian golden ales and tripels, just to name a few of the most popular styles.
