General Product Info

What do you mean by "all-natural"?

All-natural means made from only natural ingredients. Fierce Fruit purées are made with real, whole and fresh non-GMO fruits, no refined sugars, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors, and no artificial colors. The only thing added to our purées is less than 1% ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) as an antioxidant. 

What is your policy on sustainability and social responsibility?

We source responsibly and are committed to fair trade and the protection of our growers, primarily located in Colombia, Chile, and Brazil.  Our supply chain provides jobs for over 350 individuals and encourages farmers to choose fruit farming instead of illicit crops.  Through our logistics and online platform, local farmers now have access to global markets (you!). 

Fierce Fruit and our partners provide donations of fruit purées to non-profits and foundations, and we also donate part of our profits to organizations addressing current needs such as #GetUsPPE, which provides protective equipment for front-line workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

What is your refund policy?

As with any perishable food product, handling and temperature variances can cause the fruit to oxidize prematurely. If you open the aseptic packaging and notice that the color or aroma is off, please take a photo and contact us immediately at sales@fiercefruit.com and we will be happy to quickly send you a replacement. 

In general we do not accept returns of unopened purée packages, but if you have a unique situation, contact us and we can find a solution on a case-by-case basis.  

I can't find the fruit flavor that I want. What do I do?

No worries! We are constantly sourcing for new fruits, so let us know which fruit we're missing and we'll work hard to get it for you.

I want to buy in bulk / wholesale. What do I do?

Fierce Fruit is committed to serving our wholesale customers in the beverage, craft brewing, cocktail, bakery, dairy, frozen dessert, restaurant, and hospitality industries.

We offer bulk pricing as well as industrial packaging including:  20 KG bag in box and 200+ KG drums of purees.

What methods of payment are available to me?

We require a major credit card for all purchases. We do not offer other payment terms at this time, like cash or other non-electronic options.

Who are your purées for?

Our fruit purées are for the health conscious, for the fruit lovers, but ultimately, for those adventurers who are brave enough to bring new, exciting, and fierce flavors into their lives.

What are the applications of your fruit purées?

We love the versatility of our fresh fruit purées to serve as ingredients for baking, brewing, ice cream making, smoothies, jelly, yogurts and many other specialty food and beverage applications. The possibilities are endless.

How do you use it?

Open the box, take out the aseptic bag, cut one of the corners or the upper part of the bag and then just pour it into a container. The bag has a valve but it is only for filling purposes.

Are your purées frozen?

Nope! No need to use valuable freezer space or waste time thawing. They are ready to use upon arrival. 

How long is the shelf-life of your purées?

18 months from date of manufacture, stored below 75 degrees F.

How do your purées have such a long shelf-life?

Our high-barrier aseptic technology keeps our purées fresh and maintains a perfect color and texture for 12-18 months without refrigeration!  

What if I have leftovers?

No worries! You can keep it refrigerated up to 10 days, or freeze it for the remainder of the shelf-life. We suggest putting the leftovers in a sanitized, tightly-sealable container (e.g. bottle), making sure it is avoiding contact with oxygen as much as possible. 

Which states do you ship your purées to?

We ship orders throughout the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We work with FEDEX, UPS and the U.S Postal Service.  Our non-perishable purées ship in aseptic packaging.
