What types of wholesale fruit purees are available?

What’s the shelf life of unopened fruit purees?
Our fruit purees have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture. We use high-barrier aseptic packaging technology to ensure that you have access to the freshest fruit purees, even if you don’t use them right away. For best results, we recommend storing wholesale fruit purees unopened away from direct sunlight at room temperature (below 77°F).
What’s the shelf life of opened fruit purees?
Opened packages should be refrigerated and used within 10 days. You can also freeze them for the remainder of their shelf lives. To prevent contact with oxygen and light, we recommend putting leftover puree in a sealed, sanitized container, such as a bottle.
