Whether you’re scaling a client’s existing recipe or helping develop a new product from the ground up, dependable fruit ingredients can make production easier. Fierce Fruit purees are made with real, sun-ripened fruit and built for teams that need consistent flavor, color, and texture from batch to batch.
For co-packers and contract manufacturers, that consistency matters. It helps reduce extra prep, supports smoother production planning, and delivers the bold fruit flavor your clients expect in finished products.
Shop By Size
Whether you are a home brewer or a professional craft brewer, our aseptic fruit purees come in four different sizes to meet your needs.
How long will the fruit puree last? Our high-barrier aseptic packaging ensures a completely sterile, bacteria-free puree while maintaining natural flavor and freshness throughout a long shelf life (18 months from the date of manufacture). Unopened, our purees can be stored at room temperature (below 77°F).
For production teams, multiple size options make it easier to test, refine, and scale. Start with smaller sampling and recipe development, then move to larger packaging when your team is ready for recurring runs or higher-volume manufacturing.
4.4 LB
0.5 gallons
Our smallest size, 4.4 lb containers, is perfect for homebrewing and experimenting with new fruit combinations.
11 LB
1.2 gallons
11 lb. containers are ideal for homebrewers and craft breweries running test batches of fruited beer.
44 LB
5 gallons
44 lb. containers are the most popular choice for craft brewing, perfect for larger batches and preferred by microbreweries and brewpubs.
DRUMS
50 gallons
440-lb drums are excellent for large-scale production, as fruit purees can be pumped from the drum for maximum efficiency.
If your food co-packing operation handles recurring client orders, drums can help reduce handling time and support more efficient ingredient use across larger production schedules.
Premium Purées
At Fierce Fruit, we have a passion for fruit. When you need any type of real fruit purée that delivers powerful, delicious flavors for your food co-packing, we’ve got the products you want. We cultivated relationships with farmers in the Andes Mountains to ensure we’re getting the best possible harvest straight from Mother Nature.
With processing facilities that meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability, you get to be part of a chain that supplies non-GMO, sun-ripened fruit from every season.
Commercial food producers also need ingredients that fit into a larger food safety and quality process. FDA resources note that food facilities may need to register with the agency, and FSMA rules are designed to help prevent contamination across the food supply chain. The FDA also provides guidance on current good manufacturing practices and preventive controls for human food, which can help production teams evaluate suppliers and internal processes.
Fierce Fruit’s pasteurized, aseptic fruit purees are ready to use, easy to store before opening, and available in flavors that work across beverage, dessert, sauce, and bakery applications.
Seasonal fruit profiles can help your clients launch limited-time products, test trend-driven flavors, or build a stronger year-round lineup. For food co-packing teams, having access to a broad range of fruit makes it easier to support more clients without juggling too many suppliers.

FAQs
What fruit purees work best for food co-packing?
The best fruit puree depends on the finished product, flavor target, texture needs, and production scale. Berry, tropical, citrus, and stone-fruit purees are popular options for co-packed products such as sauces, frozen desserts, bakery fillings, beverages, jams, and smoothie blends.
Can Fierce Fruit purees be used in commercial food production?
Yes. Fierce Fruit purees are pasteurized, aseptically packaged, and made for businesses that need real fruit ingredients in practical production sizes. They can support recipe testing, product development, and larger manufacturing runs for food and beverage teams.
How should co-packers choose puree sizes?
Smaller packs are useful for testing, sampling, and client recipe development. Larger 444-lb containers and 4440-lb drums are better suited for higher-volume production, recurring client orders, or teams that want to reduce handling during larger batches.
Why use aseptic fruit puree for food co-packing?
Aseptic fruit puree helps simplify storage and production planning. Unopened Fierce Fruit purees can be stored at room temperature below 77°F and have an 18-month shelf life from the date of manufacture, making it easier to keep real fruit ingredients ready for upcoming production runs.
