Whether you are a home brewer or a professional craft brewer, our aseptic fruit purees come in four different sizes to meet your needs.
How long will the fruit puree last? Our high-barrier aseptic packaging ensures a completely sterile, bacteria-free puree while maintaining the natural flavor and freshness over a long shelf life (18 months from date of manufacture). Unopened, our purees can be stored at room temperature (below 77°F).

11 lb. containers are ideal for homebrewers, and craft breweries running test batches of fruited beer.

44 lb. containers are the most popular choice for craft brewing, perfect for larger batches and preferred by microbreweries and brewpubs.
