You can store our fruit purees in your pantry—no refrigeration or freezing required. Just keep them away from direct sunlight and below 77° F.

After the aseptic packaging has been opened, our pureed fruit for pies will stay fresh for 10 days in the refrigerator or for the remainder of its shelf life in the freezer.
