Continue shoppingPacking & Shipping:
Fierce Fruit strives to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Product descriptions reflect net product weight only; packaging materials add additional weight to the shipment. Orders may ship in multiple packages and/or from multiple warehouses. Some wear and tear to the outer box during transit is normal and generally does not affect the product inside.
Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected by customers and by carrier performance, and are estimates only. Carrier delays are outside of Fierce Fruit’s control, and refunds will not be issued solely due to delayed transit times.
If a package is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, Fierce Fruit will assist in filing a carrier claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Once a carrier confirms delivery, Fierce Fruit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Inspection & Storage:
All products MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE USE. Using products without inspection waives the right to submit a claim. Our products are produced with a long shelf life from the date of manufacture; however, the remaining shelf life at the time of delivery may vary and, in some cases, may be substantially shorter. For maximum freshness of natural products, we recommend using our products as soon as possible. Improper storage after delivery voids eligibility for claims.
Natural variation in color, aroma, texture, and consistency between batches is normal and not considered a defect. However, as with all natural products, damage can occur. Do NOT use the products if you observe any of the following. Instead, follow the claims procedure in the next section:
Do NOT use ASEPTIC PUREES if:
- The aseptic package is torn or leaking
- The aseptic package is open
- The aseptic package is inflated with air
- The puree has turned brown
- The puree has an off smell, color or flavor, not characteristic of the fruit
- The puree has many bubbles and appears or smells fermented
- The puree appears contaminated
- The package is torn or open
- The fruit has an off smell, color or flavor, not characteristic of the fruit
- The fruit appears contaminated
- Mold is present
Since we do NOT use silica as an anti-caking agent, our freeze-dried powders may form small clumps inside the bag. This is normal and the clumps should be dry and easily broken up by pressing them. Our freeze-dried pieces should arrive dry and crisp
STORAGE: Unopened, our freeze-dried products can be stored below 77°F away from light and moisture. Refrigerate freeze-dried products after opening. Store in airtight, moisture-proof containers away from humidity, heat, and light.
STORAGE: Store unopened purees below 77°F and away from direct light and heat. After opening, transfer unused puree to a clean airtight container, refrigerate, and use within 7 days, or freeze the puree for the remainder of the shelf-life.
Do NOT use FREEZE-DRIED Products if:
