Fierce Fruit strives to pick, pack and dispatch packages of any size to the selected shipper within 1-3 business days of purchase.

The transit time based on the method of shipping you choose will add additional days to the delivery time. The total transit time is variable and will ultimately depend on the customer's choice in shipping, but Fierce Fruit works very hard to carefully prepare and dispatch your packages as soon as possible.

Keep in mind transit times are counted in business days, and weekend days will add additional time. Please track your package with the information provided and notify us in case you notice any issues during transit.

We are dedicated to making sure your packages are shipped carefully and in perfect condition.

The product description online reflects the fill weight of the fruit puree bags, and cardboard boxes, pallets and other materials add additional weight to the shipment. Your order may ship in multiple packages and/or multiple products may be placed in one package. In some instances, your packages may be shipped from multiple warehouses to fulfill your order.

Please note that some wear and tear of the outer box is normal due to handling during shipping and should not affect your fruit puree.

Please make sure to store your puree below 77 F when it is unopened. Once opened, you can refrigerate it and use within 10 days, or freeze it for the remainder of the shelf life.

Although aseptic packaging is extremely durable, damage to the bag and/or oxidation of the puree can occur.

Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your product if you notice any of the following, and do NOT use the fruit puree if:

• The aseptic package is torn or leaking
• The aseptic package is open
• The aseptic package is inflated with air
• The puree has turned brown
• The puree has an off color, smell or flavor not characteristic of the fruit
