How long do Fierce Fruit’s purees stay fresh?

Our commercial fruit puree stays fresh for 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored below 77° F and away from direct sunlight. After opening, the remaining puree can be refrigerated for 10 days or frozen for the rest of its shelf life.

Do Fierce Fruit’s culinary purees contain artificial ingredients?

No, Fierce Fruit purees are made from real, natural fruit. We don’t add any sugar, artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavoring agents. The only other ingredient is ascorbic acid, which is a natural form of vitamin C that extends the puree’s shelf life and provides extra health benefits.
