Our pineapple puree is a must-have for cocktails, preserves, summer beers and seltzers, and frozen desserts. After all, pineapples are known as the quintessential tropical fruit! It is a natural source of Vitamins B and C, manganese, copper and fiber. Native to Central and South America, our purees are made from the delicious "Oromiel" variety, which translates to Honey Gold. It's taste is just that - sweet and juicy with a bright golden color.
Did you know the pineapple is actually a collection of small fruitlets fused together to the internal core? That’s what creates the exotic spiny look topped with a crown, and also what makes it a pain to cut open and prepare. Fortunately, our golden pineapple purees is ready to use. You can instantly enjoy the taste of its sweet tropical nectar and floral aroma.
