- Shelf Life: Our real raspberry puree should be stored away from direct sunlight and below 77° F. Unopened, they should last for up to 18 months past the date of manufacture. They can be refrigerated for up to 10 days after opening, or frozen for the remainder of their shelf life.

I previously wrote that the juice did not contain pulp. The latest delivery did. Thanks for the pulp, it ,akes a better jelly/jam.
Not the best product for baking purposes
Overall the product is not bad, but it is too liquid for baking purposes, it's more like juice than puree. Was trying to use it for confiture, but you need to put a lot of pectin/gelatin or another stabilizer to get the desired result. Worked well to make the fruit ganache, couldn't complain.
Hi Ira! Thank you for your letting us know about your experience. Each puree has a different viscosity based on the natural water content of the fruit. Maybe one of our thicker purees - mango, pink guava, peach, or banana may work better for confiture. I'm glad the raspberry at least seemed to work well for the fruit ganache. 2 good one turning
One of the packages is swelling in our walk-in. Can I get a refund? I think it is because it took so long to come. It was 4-5 days after the original delivery

Since your raspberry was advertised as "puree", I expected juice with pulp. I bought the product to make seedless jam, and was disappointed with the texture. I did use the juice for jelly but the raspberry flavor wasn't very pronounced.
