Our lime is naturally high in Vitamin C and contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. Our puree is thick, seedless and contains a hint of the zesty oils of the rind (but not the rind itself). Taste the bright and fresh flavor, with just the right acidity and sour-sweetness. Our purees are all natural with no sugar added. They are made from non-GMO fruit, pasteurized, gluten-free, vegan, and certified Kosher. Free of common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and soy.
Our high-barrier aseptic packaging ensures a completely sterile, bacteria-free puree, while maintaining the natural flavor and freshness of the fruit over a long shelf-life. Our purees are fresh (not frozen) and ready to use. Once opened, they can be refrigerated for up to 10 days, or frozen for the remainder of the shelf-life.
